APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Click HERE to access our online application system.
  2. Select “2023 MLW Staff Application”, read the instructions, and select “Add to Cart”
  3. Select “continue” on the right sidebar under “Your Shopping Cart”
  4. Enter your email address where prompted and click “next”
  5. If you did have an account, enter your password and proceed. If not, fill in your name and birthday (or your parent’s birthday, if you’re under 18) and proceed.
  6. You should now be able to fill in your information, see the staff description, and answer the necessary questions. IMPORTANT NOTE: be prepared to complete the entire application in one sitting, as the system will time you out after 15 minutes of inactivity and there is no option to save and finish later.
  7. Click “continue to cart”
  8. Click “complete” and you are finished!
  9. You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do NOT receive a confirmation email (be sure to check all your folders!), then your application was not submitted.
