We’re pleased to announce that MLW is now accepting applications from those interested in staffing our 2020 summer programs. The deadline is Friday, February 7th at 11:59pm.

NOTE TO FIRST YEAR APPLICANTS

  • If you’ve attended MLW previously, the online staff application is the same system as our delegate applications. If you’re under 18, you must use your parent’s login (their email address) from when they last registered you as a delegate. If you are 18 or older, you may create your own account.
  • If you’ve never attended MLW – if you’re under 18 your parent/guardian must create your online account. If you’re 18 or over, you may create your own account.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Click HERE to access our online application system.
  2. Click on “view” for “2020 MLW Staff Application”
  3. If you’ve never staffed before, click “add” under “New Staff.” If you have, select “add” under “Returning Staff”
  4. Click “continue” on the right side bar under “Your Selections”
  5. Enter your email address under “Lookup Account” and click “next”
  6. If you did have an account, enter your password and proceed. If not, fill in your name and birthday (or your parent’s birthday, if you’re under 18) and proceed.
  7. You should now be able to fill in your information, see the staff description, and answer the necessary questions. IMPORTANT NOTE: be prepared to complete the entire application in one sitting, as the system will time you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
  8. Click “continue to cart”
  9. Click “complete” and you are finished!
  10. You’ll receive a confirmation email that will include all the important dates that were also provided in the application. If you do NOT receive a confirmation email, then your application was not submitted.
  11. First-time staff applicants: you may be contacted for a phone interview during the week of Feb. 8th. From there, selected applicants will be invited to interview in person on Saturday, March 21st or Sunday, March 22 from 9:30 – 3:30 at the MLW offices in Germantown (upper Montgomery County). This is the only time that in-person interviews will take place.
