On Tuesday morning, delegates had Round Two of yesterday’s workshops – Proces, Problems, and Product; Self Awareness and Identity; Motivation, Empowerment, and Support; Ethics and Morals. Click here for content details.
The weather was “iffy” once again so we had another day of indoor recreation.
In Tuning, delegates worked toward setting their S.M.A.R.T. goals for the week, leading to the creation of stretch goals for when they get home.
Our evening activity was a favorite – the Tuesday Night Dance! UMBC set up a beautiful ballroom for us with awesome lighting and great sound. A game room was also set up for those who didn’t want to shake a leg.
Today is the first day of Round Two workshops which will include Empathy and Relationship Building; Advocacy, Activism, and Allyship, Diversity and Intersectionality, Innovation and Creativity.
